My stay at Fersal Hotel- Kalayaan for a training seminar on customer management and customer care was quite pleasant. The rooms had a certain smell, possibly due to being on the ground level, but they were spacious enough for two. The service was excellent; the staff was friendly, courteous, and very supportive.
